Class Information:
Classes at Chiropractic
Solutions meet throughout
the school year with a break over the winter holidays
and a spring break. Enrollment is ongoing and, no
matter when you start, your first class is FREE!!!
Take advantage of all
that Chiropractic
Solutions has to offer, including nutritional
consultations (by appointment) as well as other classes
offered by Alla, certified
Pilates instructor and principle dancer of Lake
Erie Belly Dance.
Cost: $40 per
month unlimited bellydance classes, or drop in anytime
for $12/class. Bring your little ones: children attend
class for free!

What to wear:
Dress comfortably as you would for any exercise or
dance class. Throw on an optional hip scarf or coin/tassel
belt for fun! (Your instructor has some for lend!)
What to bring:
Bring your dance notebook for taking notes, & water
for breaks.
